Technical support, questions, wishes, and problem reporting can be directed to support@dware.com.  Please try to be as specific as possible in describing the nature of the problem or issue. If applicable, include captured screen images in when sending email; please compress any submitted .bmp files in zip-compatible compression format.

The application generates a logfile placed in the application installationfolder, please include this as well when you are in contact with support.
